This portfolio demo uses fictional data and was created to show the workflow design, follow-up structure, reusable messaging system, and reporting logic from an original Notion workflow I designed for healthcare enrollment operations.

Business Problem

Enrollment teams need a reliable way to track lead intent, qualification, and follow-up timing without losing context across scattered notes, messages, and manual status updates.

Solution

I organized a centralized workflow around lead status, GLP fit category, no-show recovery priority, reusable SMS templates, FAQ answers, and clear next actions.

Reporting Insight

Conversion reporting by qualification category helped show which groups were converting, how many no-shows needed immediate recovery, and where leads were stalling before enrollment.

Outcome

The workflow created a cleaner follow-up queue, more consistent patient messaging, stronger no-show recovery logic, and a clearer view of enrollment conversion outcomes.
